  • Project Manager

    The Project Manager is responsible for all engineering and construction activities in the assigned project, ensuring success in terms of quality, profitability, and safety.

    QUALIFICATION:

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Manages the over-all operation of the project assigned to him/her

    The Senior Quantity Surveyor (Jetty Works) is responsible in the pre and post construction
    works and preparation of comprehensive proposal/bid to prospective clients.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Attends pre-bid meetings and site inspections for design and construct or repair and
      maintenance projects
    • Performs design conceptualization, scheduling, checking, and evaluation as per client’s requirements
    • Prepares proposal/bid documents

    Senior Engineer (QA/QC) ensures that the quality of work delivered by the project team is in compliance with the project quality, quality plan, procedures and instructions.

    Job Description:

    • Assists in the development of the Project Quality Management system by establishing procedures, plans and work instructions
    • Conducts site patrol and inspection to ensure the adherence to the site quality plan
    • Collates the weekly report from project sites and presents then to management during the weekly and monthly manager’s meeting

    The HR Supervisor (Payroll and Benefits) implements and administers the payroll activities and benefits administration. He/ She handle complex queries, processing and escalations related to benefits and liaise with government agencies to properly address issues.

    Job Description:

    Payroll and Timekeeping

    • Process payroll in absence of payroll master
    • Oversee and ensure integrity of staff data in payroll system

    The Accountant monitors the cash flow of a company on a daily basis, making periodic analysis. He/ She under take all treasury operations and responsibilities under the supervision of the Accounting Head.

    Job Description:

    • Handles Tax Cases and related BIR requirements
    • Assists in handling BIR-related transactions and documentation
    • Controls all banking and operating system and manages the money transmission system
    • Review bills on a constant bases and assess the various payment activities and methods; maintaining a day to day control over treasury transactions and authorization of bank payments.

    The QA/QC Engineer implements the company’s set policies and procedures on Quality Assurance and Quality Control at the project site.

    • Reports to the Project Manager administratively

    • Verifies material and equipment inspection report
    • Prepares QC inspection procedures and establish QC site inspection programs
