  • Senior Structural Engineer (Design)

    The Senior Structural Engineer (Design) creates and recommends valuable and cost-effective structural designs to our prospective clients.  He / She prepares construction material estimates, requirements, engineering proposals and specifications. He/ She will also monitor and supervises the erection of steel structures & structural steel works upon commencement of construction.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Registered Civil Engineer
    • At least 5 years-experience as Structural Engineer and supervision of steel structures
    • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, STAAD – ETAB or other design software
    • Knowledgeable in design drawings and civil works
    • With background in steel and concrete structures in an industrial facility
    • With experience in steel fabrication and construction
    • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
    • Preferably knowledgeable also in architectural design and finishes

     

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Prepares structural design drawings and ensures the conformance to applicable engineering codes & standards and client’s requirements giving emphasis on value engineering
    • Conducts quantity estimation of structures and related fields
    • Performs detailed technical analysis of moderate to complex project design issues
    • Maintains compliance of design team to the established quality assurance requirements
    • Monitors and supervises erection of steel structures in the projects for industrial facilities
    • Monitors various projects and their conformance to design and construction
    • Provides feedback and advice regarding the technical and structural aspects of company/client projects to management and other project leaders
  • Senior Accountant (CPA)

    The Senior Accountant undertakes treasury operations and tax-related responsibilities under the supervision of the Accounting Manager. He / She monitors company’s cash flow on a daily basis making periodic analysis.

    Qualifications:

    • Certified Public Accountant
    • Graduate of BS Accountancy
    • Knowledgeable in tax-related and BIR requirements
    • Good Negotiation Skills and able to achieve value-added results
    • Above average problem solving and decision-making skills
    • With Leadership Skills
    • Experience with handling tax cases or claims is a plus

     

    Job Description:

    Taxation

    • Prepares documentation and other materials with regards to Tax Cases and related BIR requirements
    • Assists in the communication with BIR-related transactions and documentation
    • Ensures tax regulations are following established standards
    • Ensures the vigorous and efficient tax planning and filing with the relevant bodies

    Treasury

    • Controls all banking and operating systems and manages the money transmission system
    • Reviews bills regularly and assess the various payment activities and methods; maintaining a day to day control over treasury transactions and authorization of bank payments
    • Ensures the efficient management of company’s bank accounts
    • Maintains and manages all financial records, logs, spreadsheets, and registers
    • Ensures the company’s banking operations; seeing to it that all funds are appropriately banked ensuring efficiency and returns
    • Provide inputs and advice to company and may include recommending changes that will maximize revenue and profit
    • Monitors financial position of the company is well calculated daily
    • Check and verify cash transactions; and also investigate and propose possible resolution for any discrepancies
    • Responsible for interest and debt analysis, with provision of relevant information and report
    • Take care of the cash management system of the company and their payment mechanism
    • Responsible for following up on financial proceedings and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
    • Expects to perform special projects and requests from time to time as the management deems fit

    Audit

    • Partners with the company’s auditors (both internal and external) to ensure that all transactions having to do with treasury is recorded correctly and in accordance with laid down standards
    • Ensures the coordination of the statutory audit year in & year out and resolve all possible queries
  • Sales Engineer (Construction Services)

    The Sales Engineer implements and plans the sales activities of the company to aid in the achievement of the corporate sales objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of Engineering course (preferably Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
    • At least 5 years-experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development in the construction industry
    • Experience in customer relationship management
    • Relevant product, services and construction industry knowledge
    • With wide network of contacts for construction business
    • Experience in estimating and bidding is an advantage
    • Good written and oral communication skills
    • Persuasive, persistent and self-motivated

     

    Job Description:

    Sales Lead Generation

    • Looks for sales leads and future projects for the company and conducts research on plans and programs for future infrastructure warehouses, data from BCI, news articles and other data sources
    • Submits list of sales leads to Senior Manager for schedule of visits
    • Makes a follow-up regarding status of sales leads
    • Prepares reports on any updates on the sales leads

    Database development and maintenance

    • Updates and utilize the existing list of possible client registry
    • Reports on the status of the sales leads and discuss with marketing group on weekly basis
    • Recommends course of actions for immediate implementation
    • Assists in the retention of customer accounts

    Other tasks:

    • Assists in the preparation of Bid documents and submittals
    • Attends to client meetings related to project information
    • Performs other tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor
  • Safety Manager

    The Senior Safety Manager manages the corporate occupational safety, health, security & environment (HSSE) department of the company to ensure compliance on all levels of the organization.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of any Engineering course
    • Accredited OSH Practitioner
    • At least 8 years of working experience in the same capacity, gained from a construction industry
    • Willing to travel to project sites on a regular basis

     

    Job Description:

    • Develops the company’s safety, health, security and environment (HSSE) policies and guidelines
    • Promotes safety awareness and accident prevention at construction site and throughout all stages of construction
    • Establishes an HSSE organization, ensuring all areas are with assigned Safety Officers to implement effective safety procedures
    • Initiates appropriate safety preventive and corrective actions immediately and whenever necessary
    • Evaluates working conditions, safe work practices and develops recommendations Develops and presents training programs for safety promotion and accident prevention
    • Ensures proper implementation of health, safety, security and environmental procedures and training programs
    • Provides appropriate HSSE trainings to all employees
    • Administers appropriate safe work practices and procedure
    • Reviews and analyze all accident reports and assures that the necessary actions have been applied without undue delay
    • Attends field operations coordination inspection and safety meetings to assure compliance to Safety, health and environment regulations
  • Equipment Manager

    The Equipment Manager is in charge of the control and proper maintenance of company equipment. Manages and reports equipment status to the top management for proper action.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
    • 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in the same capacity preferably in the construction business
    • Able to handle a fleet of machines and engines for construction projects
    • Skilled in heavy equipment and engine repair and maintenance
    • Experience in repair and maintenance of off-shore equipment or marine engine is plus
    • Willing to travel to project sites all over the country as needed
    • Willing to be assigned in Binan, Laguna (Laguna Techno Park)

     

    Job Description:

    • Oversees the operation and maintenance of the Equipment Department
    • Develops and implement systems and procedures to related to equipment maintenance
    • Oversees all the Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) for company equipment
    • Responsible in testing, inspection and adjustment of equipment including deliveries and schedule of workers, ensuring that project targets are met
    • Prepares reports and updates regarding equipment status
    • In charge of monitoring the equipment maintenance cost and inventory of consumables
